His assignment in ministry goes with the proclamation of liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are spiritually bound (Isaiah 61:1).
He is a pastor by training (with few years of pastoring experience in a local / rural church) but an evangelist by calling, with a very large heart for international outreaches and those that extend to local, rural communities.

He is equally endowed greatly with a powerful teaching ministry "... for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12).
Samuel A. Ajayi is, (formerly) an experienced school teacher of over a decade and a half, before going into active Christian ministry, in response to the call of God upon his life.
Samuel A. Ajayi is, (formerly) an active member of the Liberia Association of Writers (L.A.W.), in Monrovia, Liberia, where he stayed for some years before returning back to Nigeria, in response to this divine assignment.
Samuel A. Ajayi is also (formerly) a regular feature and contributor on both spiritual and motivational issues, on prominent radio stations in Liberia e.g. Radio Veritas (98.7 FM), LIWOMAC (91.1 FM) etc. He is equally (formerly) a proficient, creative writer and regular contributor in Liberian newspapers of repute, both on spiritual and motivational issues e.g. The New Dawn newspaper, The Catalyst newspaper etc.
In addition, Samuel A. Ajayi is also (formerly) an active member of the Young Ambassadors for Peace, Liberia – a non-political, socio-cultural, youth organization, working for peace and the good of others.

As a young adult (in his early 20's), Samuel A. Ajayi developed a unique passion for outreach ministry through Reinhard Bonnke's outreach materials and books. One significant book by Reinhard Bonnke that ignited the fire of revival in him and ultimately, the passion for outreach ministry, is EVANGELISM BY FIRE. He read through this book several times and caught the fire and passion for global, evangelistic, outreach ministry.

His first introduction to pastoring, however, was as a student, in the university. He was the President of his Christian Fellowship on campus, at two different times:
First, at the Nigeria French Language Village Christian Fellowship (NFLVCF), during his nine-month (9-month) French Immersion Programme, at the Nigeria French Language Village (NFLV), in Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria and
Secondly, when he returned back to his university campus (University of Lagos - UNILAG), in his final year. He became the President of his campus fellowship (CASOR). CASOR is the acronym for "Christ Ambassadors Students' Out-Reach."

While in Liberia (in late 2015), in the course of seeking the face of the Lord for divine direction for his life, God's Ambassador, Samuel A. Ajayi, strongly felt the call of God upon his life to service in the ministry. That ended his struggles for self-discovery and channelled a new course of direction for his life. He, therefore, made a commitment to pursue God's ultimate Will for his life and his first line of action was to set out on a journey back to his country of birth.

Few years after that, he went on to pastor briefly under a renowned and reputable church ministry in Nigeria (Living Faith Church Worlwide, A.K.A. Winners' Chapel). However, his passion for evangelistic, outreach ministry never diminished. It only grew stronger. He continued to seek God for further directives on what his part is, in ministry and the result of that continuous inquiry from God is TOTAL IMPACT GLOBAL OUTREACH MINISTRIES INCORPORATED ^® (A.K.A. TIGOM Inc.^®)

To summarize, our vision bearer is an author, a song writer and gospel artist, an administrator, an outreach evangelist (with few years of pastoring experience), a teacher of God's Word, a counselor, an apostle and God's Ambassador of positive impact.

Total impact is also that impact that gets so contagious and infectious that it becomes difficult to contain any more within the four walls of the church building and is, thus, extended externally, beyond the walls of the church building.

It is that type of impact that activates great revival in the land, so much that even the unsaved and unbelieving are not able to "contain" it.

Why? Because it always cuts across the boundary or borders of the Church building and extends into the midst of sinners and the unbelieving in the society, bringing about a unique, divine transformation in their lives. This type of impact was evident in the lives of the early apostles of Jesus Christ in Acts, chapter 2. The Bible says that three thousand (3,000) souls were added to the church that same day after Peter’s sermon on repentance. Think about that! - three thousand (3,000) souls added to the Church in one day, not three hundred (300) souls! That was a revival in the land! That was a practical or typical example of total impact. The unbelieving and unregenerated in the land couldn't resist, ignore or deny that revival!

Total impact, for us, is the type of impact that compels sinners to surrender to Christ, even without a sermon.

It is that type of impact that is driven and propelled by the fire of ceaseless prayers. We strongly believe that it is always provoked by the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous, because it avails much (Leviticus 6:12, James 5:16b, 2 Chronicles 7:14).

Total impact is impact that begins with a good knowledge and understanding of GOD'S WILL on earth, primarily for the redeemed in Christ Jesus and secondarily, for the unsaved or unbelieving world in our society (Matthew 6:10).

It is that type of impact that affects and influences the unsaved or unbelieving world beyond their comprehension and control, thereby compelling them to follow Jesus for the rest of their lives.

At TIGOM Inc.^®, we strongly believe that total impact is achieved in three (3) distinct ways:

Through a sound knowledge and understanding of GOD'S WILL on earth for the believers in Christ and equally for the unbelieving world in our society (Hosea 4:6).

Through the practical delivery of GOD'S WILL on earth, after discovering it (Hosea 4:6). It is this practical delivery of GOD'S WILL on earth that makes us become God's ambassadors of total impact in the world.

Through the demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit, ignited by the fire of ceaseless prayers, backing up the delivery of GOD'S WILL that has been discovered (Acts 1:8).

In summary, our cardinal spiritual values are SERVICE, HUMILITY, INTEGRITY AND FAITHFULNESS.

WE DON'T CRITICIZE CHRISTIAN DENOMINATIONS, NEITHER DO WE GET INTO ARGUMENTS ABOUT THEM: As an international, evangelistic, outreach mnistry, we look forward to working extensively with churches, christian ministries and denominations, from time to time. As a result, we don't consider ourselves to be in that position to criticize or get into any argument about christian denominations, churches, ministries or organizations.

WE DON'T CRITICIZE RELIGIONS, NEITHER DO WE GET INTO ARGUMENTS ABOUT THEM: As an international, evangelistic, outreach mnistry, our ministry assignment is to as many people as possible, locally and internationally, irrespective of their religions. As a result, we equally do NOT criticize or get into any argument about religions, because that is NOT part of our ministry assignment, by any means.

WE DON'T CRITICIZE POLITICS OR POLITICIANS, NEITHER DO WE GET INTO ARGUMENTS ABOUT THEM: Not discussing politics and politicians or not getting into any argument about them is a strict ethic we adhere to, as an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry. This is because, on the long run, we strongly hope to reach out to politicians too, with our message and ministry assignment, both locally and internationally.

WE DON'T CRITICIZE SOCIETAL NORMS OR VICES, NEITHER DO WE GET INTO ARGUMENTS ABOUT THEM: Because we understand our ministry assignment and message, we don't concern ourselves with criticisms that relate to societal norms or vices, neither do we get into arguments about them. As much as lies within us, we do our best to keep our ministry focus in place.

In summary, all our ministry ethics are hinged on TOTAL FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION ON OUR MINISTRY ASSIGNMENT, CALLING AND MESSAGE. We are on a mission and on this mission, distraction is not allowed! As a result, we have chosen to embrace "focus" and do all we can, to avoid distractions (Matthew 9:37; John 9:4).

GENUINE REDEMPTION IN CHRIST JESUS: "He went once for all into the Holy Place [the Holy of Holies of heaven, into the presence of God], and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, having obtained and secured eternal redemption [that is, the salvation of all who personally believe in Him as Savior]. (Hebrews 9:12 AMP). In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe in genuine redemption in Christ Jesus, obtained by the redemptive work of Christ on Calvary, with positive proofs and evidences showing in our lives and the works of our hands.

THE DISCOVERY, DELIVERY AND DEPLOYMENT OF GOD'S WILL FOR OUR LIVES ON EARTH: "Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:10 AMP). In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that the discovery, delivery and deployment of GOD'S WILL for our lives on earth is the ultimate essence of our living and existence, especially as believers in Christ Jesus. We are convinced that it pleases God when we discover His Will, deliver it through personal pursuit and deploy (unleash) it through practical efforts and perseverance, to the glory of God and to the benefit of men.

THE POWER OF GOD'S WORD (OTHERWISE CALLED "THE HOLY BIBLE OR THE HOLY SCRIPTURES"): In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe in the entirety of the Bible as the inspired Word of God and the collective work of Holy men of old who spoke and wrote, as the Holy Spirit moved them. The New Covenant, as recorded in the New Testament, is our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine.

John 1:1‭-‬5 (AMP) says, "In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was [continually existing] in the beginning [co-eternally] with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines on in the darkness, and the darkness did not understand it or overpower it or appropriate it or absorb it [and is unreceptive to it."

Hebrews 1:3 (AMP): “The Son is the radiance and only expression of the glory of [our awesome] God [reflecting God’s Shekinah glory, the Light-being, the brilliant light of the divine], and the exact representation and perfect imprint of His [Father’s] essence, and upholding and maintaining and propelling all things [the entire physical and spiritual universe] by His powerful word [carrying the universe along to its predetermined goal]. When He [Himself and no other] had [by offering Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for sin] accomplished purification from sins and established our freedom from guilt, He sat down [revealing His completed work] at the right hand of the Majesty on high [revealing His Divine authority],”

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we emphasize the power of GOD'S WORD, because we find it to be the most important and authentic source of the total, societal impact that we make - 2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21.

THE GODHEAD (OTHERWISE CALLED "THE BLESSED, HOLY TRINITY"): In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that our God is One God who manifests Himself in three persons. The three persons of God are: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost) - 1 John 5:7.

THE PERSON AND POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: Acts 1:8 (AMP) says, "But you will receive power and ability when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be My witnesses [to tell people about Me] both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and Samaria, and even to the ends of the earth." Isaiah 10:27 (AMP) equally says, “So it will be in that day, that the burden of the Assyrian will be removed from your shoulders and his yoke from your neck. The yoke will be broken because of the fat.”

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we do emphasize too, the person and power of the Holy Spirit, because we have found His personality and power to be indispensable in the business of positive, total, societal impact. In actual fact, we acknowledge Him as the total impact maker in this dispensation.

THE ALL-ROUND PROSPERITY OF GOD'S CHILDREN: 3 John 2 (AMP) says, “Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].” Psalm 35:27 (AMP) also says, "Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication and want what is right for me; Let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, who delights and takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant." Zechariah 1:17 (AMP) says equally "Proclaim again, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, “My cities shall again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord shall again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem."

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we emphasize, with all confidence, the all-round prosperity of God's children, because we find this to be strictly biblical.

ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH THE NEW BIRTH IN CHRIST JESUS: In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that salvation is the gift of God to man and is made possible by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, producing good works that are acceptable to God. We also believe that man’s first step towards salvation is a godly sorrow that leads to repentance. We believe that the new birth in Christ Jesus is necessary for all men and when experienced, it leads to eternal life with God in heaven - Ephesians 2:8, John 3:3-5, 1 John 5:12.

WATER BAPTISM, BY IMMERSION IN WATER: We believe that baptism in water, by immersion, is a direct commandment of God and it is for believers in Christ only. The ordinance is a symbol of our identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection - Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12, Acts 8:36-39.

BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST: In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost (usually with the evidence of speaking in tongues) is a free gift of God, released basically to believers in Christ Jesus, who hunger and thirst for it, as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received after (or in some instances, along with) the new birth experience in Christ Jesus. This experience is very significant and unique because it empowers the believer for a successful and impact-full Christian life, here on earth. Like earlier mentioned, this experience is usually accompanied by the ability to speak in other tongues, as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance - Matthew 3:11, John 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, 2:38-39, Acts 19:17, 2:4.

CONSECRATION, SANCTIFICATION OR HOLINESS: In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that without consecration, sanctification or holiness, no man can see God. As a result, we believe so strongly in consecration, sanctification or holiness (with each of them meaning one and the same thing), as a definite, yet progressive work of grace in a believer's life, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation at Christ’s return - Hebrews 12:14, Hebrews 12:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 2 Peter 3:18, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Phillipians 3:12-14, 1 Corinthians 1:30.

THE REALM OF THE SUPERNATURAL, SIGNS AND WONDERS: In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe in the operation of the Supernatural, with the evidence of the demonstration or manifestation of signs and wonders, by the power of the Holy Spirit. “The wind blows where it wishes and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it is coming from and where it is going; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:8 AMP).

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we emphasize and stress, equally, the realm of the supernatural, because we find it to be the realm where God operates and where He has ordained all of His children to operate on earth - Mark 4:11, 1 Corinthians 2:10.

DIVINE HEALING: In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that divine healing can be (and should be) experienced in every area of human life - physical, spiritual, mental, financial, emotional, marital etc. and this is wrought by the power of the Holy Spirit through the prayer of faith and often the laying of hands. Divine healing is provided for, in the atonement of Christ, and is the privilege of every member of the body of Christ today, for the fulfillment of our God-given assignment, here on earth - James 5:14-15, Mark 16:18, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24.

DIVINE WISDOM: Proverbs 24:3 (AMP) says, "Through [skillful and godly] wisdom a house [a life, a home, a family] is built, And by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation]," Isaiah 33:6 (AMP) also says, “And He will be the security and stability of your times, A treasure of salvation, wisdom and knowledge; The fear of the Lord is your treasure.”

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we cherish, rever, adore, emphasize and stress the importance of embracing the wisdom of God because we realize that without it, we can achieve only little or no impact at all in ministry. Generally, to make total impact in life, walking in divine wisdom is key.

THE RESURRECTION OF THE JUST AND THE RETURN OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST: The angel said to Jesus’ disciples, “… This [same] Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will return in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.” His coming is imminent. When He comes, “… and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain [on the earth] will simultaneously be caught up (raptured) together with them [the resurrected ones] in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord!”. Following the tribulation, He shall return to earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords and together with His saints, who shall be kings and priests; He shall reign a thousand years. In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe in this scriptural truth and reality. However, like God's Word assures, the end will not come and Jesus will not return until the gospel is preached in every nook and cranny of the world. This is why our ministry is relevant to the great commission and the assignment of the Master - Ephesians 2:8, John 3:3-5, 1 John 5:12.Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 20:6, Matthew 24:14.

HELL FIRE AND ETERNAL CONDEMNATION: We believe that the one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopeless and eternally lost in the lake of fire and therefore, has no other future hope of hearing the gospel or repenting. In line with what God's Word teaches, we believe that the lake of fire, called hell fire, is eternal, just like heaven is. The terms “eternal” and “everlasting” used in describing the duration of the punishment of the damned in the lake of fire carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence, as used in denoting the joy and ecstasy of saints in God - Hebrews 9:27.

THE POWER OF PRAYER TO CHANGE CIRCUMSTANCES: We strongly believe in the power of prayer to change situations and circumstances in our favour. 1 John 5:14 (AMP) says: “This is the [remarkable degree of] confidence which we [as believers are entitled to] have before Him: that if we ask anything according to His will, [that is, consistent with His plan and purpose] He hears us.”

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we emphasize so strongly, the power of prayer, because we have found it to be the source of spiritual empowerment in the face of oppositions, especially when you talk about the business of positive, total, societal impact. To us at TIGOM Inc.^®, prayer is the connectivity of humanity to divinity for greater productivity in life - 2 Chronicles 20:20-22, Psalm 67:1-7, 149:1-9.

ALL-ROUND SUCCESS, AS ORDAINED FOR GOD'S CHILDREN: Joshua 1:8-10 (AMP) says: “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall read [and meditate on] it day and night, so that you may be careful to do [everything] in accordance with all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will be successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

THE POWER OF PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING TO GOD, IN ALL THINGS AND FOR ALL THINGS: 2 Chronicles 20:20-22, Psalm 67:1-7, Psalm 149:1-9: “When they began singing and praising, the Lord set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were struck down [in defeat].” – 2 Chronicles 20:22 (AMP).

FAITH IN GOD AND IN HIS WORD: 1 John 5:4 (AMP) says, “For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].” Ephesians 6:16 (AMP), "Above all, lift up the [protective] shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one."

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we emphasize faith in God and in His Word, because we find it to be biblical.

SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO GOD AND HIS KINGDOM: Hebrews 12:14; 2 Timothy 2:19: “Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God [which He has laid] stands [sure and unshaken despite attacks], bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord stand apart from wickedness and withdraw from wrongdoing. “ – 2 Timothy 2:19 (AMP).

It is important to re-emphasize here, like we already did in item 6 above the fold (Our Ministry Ethics), that in no way do we get into arguments, debates, conflicts or confrontations with any individual, group, organization or christian ministry over issues relating to doctrine.

Our biblical emphasis is centered around the truth of GOD'S WORD that helps you fulfil GOD'S WILL for your life. In essence, we emphasize, as an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, all the truth from GOD'S WORD that helps you understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for your life.

As an international, evangelistic, outreach ministry, we learn from so many christian ministers and ministries but do our best to stay focused on our God-given assignment, which is, to reach out and help you understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for your life, through the teaching of GOD'S WORD. From time to time, we do our best to stay focused and not deviate from this assignment. The scriptural anchor and focus for our ministry assignment are Colossians 1:9b, Matthew 6:10,33; 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Mark 1:14-17. To God alone be all the glory!

Therefore, at TIGOM Inc.^®, our target audience in ministry are the different categories of people listed below. They are the people to whom we believe we are sent. They are the people we believe our ministry assignment targets:

The unsaved and unbelieving in Christ Jesus, living both in the rural and urban areas, who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

The redeemed (born-again) believers in Christ, who equally need to understand, embrace and fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

The helpless and hopeless living in street corners, who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

Church (or christian) workers who sincerely need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

Singles who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

The married who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

Children and adolescents who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

Youths who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives.

The old and elderly who still need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives, before their time here on earth is over.

Corporate bodies or organizations etc. who need to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for (and in) their organizations.

Virtually everyone out there in our society, who needs to be reached and helped to understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for their lives, through the teaching of GOD'S WORD (Galatians 1:3-4).

OUR OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE (OR PATTERN)

We are in the first phase of our ministry operations and "a phase", with us, is a period of three years.

OUR FIRST PHASE OF OUTREACH MINISTRY OPERATIONS

The following are ways we operate at the moment, in this first phase of our outreach ministry:

We operate basically, by reaching out to help you understand, embrace and equally fulfil GOD'S WILL for your life, through the teaching of GOD'S WORD (Colossians 1:9b, Matthew 6:10,33; 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Mark 1:14-17). It is for this reason that we teach the Word of God on our website at scheduled hours every week. The broadcasts are basically two in number, namely:
(i) Word Impact Hour With God's Ambassador and
(ii) Prayer Impact Hour With God's Ambassador.

We also operate by reaching out to help you with your spiritual needs, through online, scripture-centered and faith-based counselling and prayers, using modern-day technologies that help us reach you, no matter where you may be, locally and internationally. To this end, we offer online (phone-based) outreaches to individuals, groups, churches, corporate organizations, companies and all other parastatals, who send in their need by call, to get faith-based, scripture-centered, spiritual, moral and emotional help, in the form of counselling and prayers.

Finally, as much as we get the financial support that we need in this first phase of our ministry operatons, we are strongly hoping to reach out to individuals in hospitals, prison yards, remand homes, hotels and other important places where our message can impart lives, by distributing printed copies of our outreach material to them, free of charge. It is important to note that all our operations at TIGOM Inc.^® are faith-filled, scripture-centered and impact-driven and are geared towards making positive, total, societal impact. To God alone, be all the glory!
