The dictionary defines a role model as someone (or an entity) who another person admires and tries to emulate, copy or be like, one way or the other. Among the vast number of great ministers of God (and their ministries) who have inspired us as a ministry, from around the world, we have chosen to list only thirty (30) of them that we consider and embrace as our role models in ministry, basically as a result of their spiritual impact and
influence, over time, on the life of our Pioneer and International President and, consequently, on this ministry. As a registered non-profit, trans-denominational, international, evangelistic, Kingdom-outreach ministry, we are continually inspired and imparted by a number of ministers and ministries out there. This list presented on our website, of our role models, is not exhaustive. What this means is that we have many more role models than the ones listed here. However, for the sake of space and time, we have only decided and chosen to list out thirty (30) of our most-inspiring and most-influential ministers and ministries, from various nations of the world, that we consider as our role models in ministry.
It is important to note, however, that these individuals are not embraced by us as role models, on the basis of "human perfection" but simply because of the grace of God that they have enjoyed and showcased on their ministry assignments. They are not, in any way, "perfect" individuals, but simply people who have yielded themselves to the Will of God for their lives.
Each one of these ministries and ministers of God that are listed on this page continue to inspire, influence and impart us at TIGOM Inc.®. Without any bias to those who are not listed or mentioned for the sake of space and time, we simply feel the need to share this list with the world, in relation to the tremendous impact they continue to make in our lives as a ministry. Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi: Popularly called
Babami
(my father) by all his children and those who know him, Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi is the revered, biological father of our Pioneer and International President at TIGOM Inc.®. He is a certified, expert automobile engineer by profession, trained in Germany, but a layman evangelist, with no title, label, ministry portfolio or accolade for what he does, as a Kingdom citizen.This amazing father happens to be the most radical, aggressive and down-to-earth "layman" evangelist that our Pioneer and International President grew up to know, from childhood, and the impact of his community evangelism and outreaches has earned him this respect, honor and regard as a role model in this ministry.
As a little boy, our Pioneer and International President recalls how Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi (his father) would wake up in the morning and begin to move from community to community, sharing the Word of God to people, whenever the Spirit moved him. This could be on a weekend or just anyday within the week, as the Spirit led him. However, on almost all of those informal outreaches, he took him (our Pioneer) along with him.
Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi is not really a pastor or preacher but someone who simply "did the work of an evangelist" (2 Timothy 4:5), whenever the Spirit moved him to action, even though he is a dedicated professional in his field. Our Pioneer and International President, however, prefers to describe him as a "radical evangelist". Why? Because he simply declared the truth of God's Word to people, in the most radical way possible, as he knew and believed it. He continued this way, in informal evangelism and outreaches, for many years and in the later years of his life, he was officially recognized and given the label of an "evangelist" (with certification), at the Headquarter Church of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (A.K.A. M.F.M), in Onike, Iwaya, Lagos, Nigeria.
Without really knowing it, those early years of informal evangelism and outreaches with Pa (Engr.) Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi implanted in our Pioneer, the passion for outreach ministry, which he nurtured into maturity in later years.
From this revered, great evangelist who is currently a nonagenarian, our Pioneer has equally learnt to do the work of an evangelist, as the Word of God commands in 2 Timothy 4:5. To God be all the glory!

Reinhard Bonnke Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke (Deceased): Popularly referred to, simply, as "Reinhard Bonnke", he was the Pioneer and International President of Christ For All Nations (CfAN). He was a German-American Pentecostal evangelist, principally known for his gospel missions throughout Africa. Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke had been an evangelist and missionary in Africa since 1967.
As a registered non-profit, trans-denominational, international, evangelistic, Kingdom-outreach ministry to the world, Reinhard Bonnke's ministry serves as our principal role model in ministry.
Through Reinhard Bonnke's outreach materials and books, as a young adult (in his early 20's), our Pioneer and International
President had the privilege of nurturing to maturity, the passion he cultivated for outreach ministry, as a little boy going on "informal" outreaches with his biological father - Pa Christopher Akinfolarin Ajayi.One significant book by Reinhard Bonnke that ignited the fire of revival in him and ultimately, the passion for outreach ministry, is

He (our Pioneer) read through this book several times and caught the fire for global, evangelistic, outreach ministry.From this deceased, great man of God who passed on in 2019, at the age of 79, our Pioneer has learnt absolute reliance on God's ability to reach out to souls for His Kingdom (Zechariah 4:6b).

grandfather
. He was the Founder and President of Bahamas Faith Ministries (BFM), in the Bahamas. We respect the confidence and simplicity with which he presented the truth of God's Word. We, therefore, honour and respect him too as our spiritual father, mentor and role model in ministry.
We have learnt from him, timeless truths on the subject of "purpose" and innumerable principles about the Kingdom of God.

Mike Murdock Doctor Mike Murdock: Dr. Mike Murdock is another man of God whose messages have affected our thought pattern and approach to life and ministry greatly. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Wisdom Center (TWC), in ForthWorth, U.S.A. He is a well-respected figure on the global scene when it comes to the subject of "wisdom".
We, at TIGOM Inc.®, respect, in particular, the simplicity with which he presents the wisdom of God. We, therefore, equally honour and respect him too as our spiritual father, mentor and role model in ministry.

David Abioye Bishop David Abioye: David Olatunji Abioye is a distinguished Nigerian pastor, author, and leadership consultant, best known for his impactful role at the Living Faith Church Worldwide (A. K. A. Winners' Chapel), where he served for many years, as the first Vice President of the church.
While under the service of the Living Faith Church (A.K.A Winners’ Chapel, Worldwide), David Abioye also served in various capacities during his four decade time period with the Commission. At one time, he was the Resident Pastor of Garden of Faith, Kaduna – the former national headquarters of the Living Faith Church. At other times, he served as Resident / Senior Pastor of the Living Faith Churches in Kaduna and Durumi. Later, he served as the Resident Pastor of LFC, Goshen, near Abuja, where he pastored blossoming congregations – with over 30,000 worshippers, as at the time
of his retirement. On October 18, 2024, he was retired from his pastoral services under the church. After his retirement, he embarked on a new journey by founding his own church ministry. Currently, he is the Global Lead Pastor of Living Word Conquerors Global Assembly, in Abuja, Nigeria.

He has also written several books and resources that continue to be a blessing to people across the globe. Benson Idahosa Archbishop Benson Idahosa (Nigeria): Archbishop Benson Idahosa was a renowned Nigerian pastor, evangelist, and founder of the Church of God Mission International (CGMi), celebrated for his transformative impact on Christianity in Africa and beyond. As a prominent figure in the charismatic movement, Idahosa was known for his powerful preaching, miraculous healings, and a deep commitment to the spread of the Gospel. His life and ministry inspired countless individuals and shapened the landscape of modern Christianity in Nigeria.
Born into a modest family in Benin City, Nigeria, Idahosa had a profound encounter with God that led him to dedicate his life to ministry. In 1972, he founded the Church of God Mission, which quickly grew into one of the largest churches in Nigeria,
attracting thousands of followers. Idahosa was a passionate advocate for evangelism, traveling extensively to preach the message of salvation and empowering believers to walk in faith and authority.
